What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with tax preparation services and onboarding
• Communicate with new and existing clients by phone, text, email, and social media
• Help clients upload required tax documents securely
• Schedule consultations and follow up with leads
• Educate clients on available tax and financial service options
• Maintain accurate client records and workflow updates
• Promote services online and through networking opportunities
• Support client retention and referral growth

Qualifications

Required

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable working remotely
• Basic computer and smartphone skills

Preferred

• Sales, telesales, customer service, or recruiting experience
• Social media marketing experience
• Interest in finance, business, or entrepreneurship
• Previous tax preparation experience is a plus, but not required

Training & Support

EZ FILE NOW provides step-by-step training on tax preparation basics, client workflow management, compliance procedures, and cloud-based tax software systems. Team members receive onboarding support and access to educational resources to help build confidence and long-term success.

All preparers are guided through onboarding requirements including PTIN registration and IRS compliance training.
